As you saw in my last post, the Ontario Chiropractic Association (OCA) is making a series of short exercise videos created by health and fitness professionals. This video stars Eva Redpath demonstrating a few simple exercises that anyone can try. These are exercises that I commonly prescribe for patients with low back pain.
