Check out this short video from the Ontario Chiropractic Association (OCA). It has a few simple and safe stretches for your back. These exercises are good for most people. However, if you experience any pain while completing these stretches, they may not be right for you. Or perhaps, you aren't ready to perform them just yet. But just because you can't do them today doesn't mean that will never be able to do them. The human body is incredibly adaptive and the more you perform a certain activity the better you will get at doing it.
